ELITE CAMP - TBA, 2012 • Girls Ages 10-18
The Elite Camp is designed for the player who is seriously interested in playing soccer in college or beyond. The biggest challenge for players entering the college game is dealing with the much faster speed of play and the more demanding physical nature of the game. These training and playing sessions will be geared towards preparing players to successfully deal with those challenges. Special emphasis will be placed on technical speed, quicker tactical decision making, and learning how to push through the demanding physical parts of the game.
Coaches working with this group will have coached at the college, professional or national team level.
It is crucial that the players in the Elite Camp be technically sound and in extremely good physical condition to maximize their camp experience.
It's recommended that elite campers meet at least one of the following criteria:
• State, region or national team experience
• Selected to an all-league, all-county or all-state team.
• Play for a highly competitive club team.
