2010 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION INFO
To enroll, return Registration Form and deposit to the address listed on the application OR register on-line via the link to the right. Please be aware that there is a $15.00 processing fee when submitting on-line registrations.
A deposit of $100 is required for each Day Camp Session and $200.00 for all other sessions (Advanced, Elite, Goalkeeper and Team).
DISCOUNTS - A $25.00 discount is available for Advanced and Elite Camp for teams sending 8 or more players. Please send in the registration forms together and specify the team name on the registration form.
A $10.00 discount is available to families enrolling more than one child. The discount is $10.00 per child.
A $10.00 discount is available for teams enrolling 8 or more in Day Camp. Please send forms together and indicate the Team Name on the registration form.
Enrollment is limited and applications will be accepted on a “First Come, First Served” basis.
A confirmation and camp information will be sent via e-mail upon receipt of the completed application and deposit payment.
Full payment is due by July 1, 2010. If enrolling after July 1, please send full payment with your application. **We are willing to accept payments until the first day of camp. If you would like to make multiple payments, please have the balance paid at camp check-in.

Campers are required to provide medical insurance for their child. The Camp will carry secondary medical insurance.
Those who cannot attend camp for any reason will be refunded all but a $100.00 handling fee. To receive a refund, the camp must receive the request at least 72 hours before registration. No refunds will be issued after this point. For Team Camp, this policy does not apply. The Team Camp deposit and registration are transferable but not refundable.
